Automated Recurring Donation Agreement
This agreement authorizes Swarn Gunjan Academy to transfer funds as a donation for from the donors credit or PayPal account provided at the frequency choose by the donor on the date chosen by the donor. This agreement will remain in effect until written notification from the donor is received. Transaction will discontinue 10 business days from receipt notification from donor. I, the donor, recognize that I have authorized the transfer of an amount I've entered or an amount I've chosen to be used to advance the vision of Swarn Gunjan Academy. and understand that a record of each transaction will be included on my monthly billing statement. I, the donor, also understand that Swarn Gunjan Academy is a not for profit organization of which contributions are tax deductible and I, the donor, will receive an annual statement of contributions for my records.
